Why become an ESSKA Member?

ESSKA is the leading pan-European organisation for knee-surgery, arthroscopy and sports traumatology.
We bring practitioners together and foster the sharing of research, of practical techniques and experience.
We organise courses, conferences and fellowships. Our aim is to improve the skills of all our members in every sense.

ESSKA membership offers many benefits, apart from the comradeship of your peers. As an ESSKA member you will receive access to our KSSTA journal and online material, you can also apply for fellowships and obtain various financial reductions.

Annual Fee
Qualified medical doctors, who are practising professionally. €140
Resident Currently in a residency program for orthopaedic with a valid Certificate of Residency €75
Physiotherapist Physiotherapists €75
Scientist Scientists including basic scientists and sports scientists €75
Junior (Students)
Medical students under the age of 25 Free
Honorary Member Awarded by the Full Board, in recognition of an exceptional contribution to ESSKA, its development and prestige  Free
Life Member  Awarded by the Full Board - to someone who was formerly a member - in recognition of their exceptional contribution to ESSKA, its development and prestige  Free
Emeritus  Granted to those who have retired from clinical work, but retain their scientific interest. It must be requested by a member and decided upon by the Secretary General or the Full Board  Free

Academy User Non-member; Access to ESSKA Academy regular content only Free
ESSKA Membership is an annual membership which begins on 1 January and ends on 31 December.

Existing members can change their member type but will need to reapply.
